Shipping
We ship via UPS insured and offer several shipping options: Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air and Overnight Next Day Air (which does not include Saturday delivery). We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Our goal is to process your order within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3 pm CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. We only ship Monday through Friday. Free shipping on in continental USA on orders over 150.00. Delivery charges are as follows:

When you are browsing in the store, you can add items to your shopping bag and return several days later to pick up where you left off, with the items still in the cart. Please note we recommend re-checking if the items previously placed in your bag are still in stock before placing your order.
International Orders
Our shopping bag is currently configured for users who are billing and shipping their orders to the United States. However, we are more than happy to work with our International shoppers in two ways.

Special Orders
When you place a special order, you have committed to the item. Please realize that special orders are outside the scope of regular designer production and therefore, may take longer. Special orders are non-returnable (both non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed). Special orders may be canceled only within 48 hours of being placed.
Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to answer any questions about special orders and alterations to existing stock (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc). Timing and pricing will vary by designer.
Returns and Exchanges
Special orders are non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Merchandise will be returned prepaid and insured to dfinejewelry.com. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. We reserve the right to not ship special occasion jewelry or to ask for a written confirmation indicating your commitment of final sale during holiday periods.
